Another delay in Neteller prosecution?

For what it's worth, Gambling911 is reporting that the government will seek another delay in the neteller case tomorrow 03/15.

That would be pretty telling of the lack of a case they have... I've never seen them delay prosecuting a slam dunk murder.

Makes you wonder when the "arrested" can invoke their constitutional right of a speedy trial.

I assume the court still has to OK the delay...not sure if it's just a rubber stamp or if you are allowed only so many times...

I'm guessing if both sides agree it's basically a rubber stamp and if i'm not mistaken that is what happened last time.
